Q: What will I get in my Snack & Candy Variety Box order?
A: Every order is different than the next, each and every order is comprised of a variety mix! Although we do our best to provide a wide mixture of items in each order, you may find duplicates of items.
Q: Is this a subscription service?
A: We currently DO NOT offer subscription services. When you place an order you will only be billed for the order once it is placed.
Q: How do I cancel an order? I picked the wrong variety mix, can I change it?
A: To cancel an order or make a change to an order please send us an email at email@example.com Be sure to send us an email as soon as possible, once an order is fulfilled and shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Q: Do you accept food stamps?
A: At this time we are unable to accept Food Stamps or WIC Benefits.
Q: Is every order the same?
A: Every order is different as our inventory is always changing! We do have items that are a primary part of our inventory and typically are included in most orders.
Q: How do I get free shipping?
A: Free Shipping is offered to most central & eastern states in the US. To see if you qualify for Free Shipping please enter your address during checkout and proceed to available shipping methods.
Q: What will I get in my box?
A: Every order is filled to the exact weight of the order when placed. When boxes are filled they are filled to the ordered weight with randomly selected items that are currently in stock. Inventory changes frequently, thus any 2 boxes are usually never the same.
Q: How many items will be in my box?
A: Typically each 20 Pound box contains approximately 130 - 180 individual items. This varies based on item size and selection available at the time of placing an order.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary on several factors (location, holidays, time of order, shipping method, inventory availability, etc.) but on average our processing time is 1-3 business days. In this time frame orders are scheduled for packaging fulfillment and marked for postal pickup once payment is cleared. Typically orders will then take an additional 1-5 business days to be delivered with our Free Shipping offer [when available].
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped utilizing UPS & USPS. Primarily orders - Greater Than -10 Lbs are shipped with UPS. Orders equal to 10 LBS or less are shipped via USPS.
Q: Is there any allergy free options?
A: Due to our revolving inventory we are currently unable to offer allergy free selections.
Q: Do you accept EBT?
A: We are currently NOT accepting EBT payments. We understand that this is a desired form of payment for many and we are working towards providing a way to pay with EBT or SNAP benefits in the future.
Q: Is there any gluten free options?
A: 100% Gluten Free mixes are not currently available, but items within our revolving inventory may be Gluten Free.

Q: Do you have any coupons?
A: We do have promotional periods and special discount offers, be sure to sign up to our newsletter to be informed of any upcoming discounts.
Q: Where do products come from?
A: The products within our inventory come from convenience chains, grocery stores, gas stations, and more from all over the united states.
Q: Can I return my box?
A: By State Requirement we are currently unable to accept the return of food items.
Q: Can I pick what I want to come in my Variety Mix Box order?
A: Every box includes a randomly selected variety mix of items currently in stock.
Q: What does reclamation mean?
A: Reclamation is the process in which items are returned to the manufacturer due to, imperfections, post dates, overstock, seasonal, packaging errors, etc. These items are then sold via wholesale by the manufacturer.
